Please visit http://test.jeelabs.org/ and give it a whirl (sign up, try the forums, create wiki pages). It should all be functional right now. I really want to find a good way to move forward on the Jee Labs community site, and this may just be the ticket.
The site is empty, because it's brand new. Don't let that hold you back. In fact, take it is the best invitation you'll ever get to participate and contribute ... be a pioneer! :)
