Thanks to Jean-Claude for the invite to join his forums and his wonderful work on JeeLabs.
The Wireless Widget Project initially started out as wireless camera flash trigger for one of my passions - Photography, but became more of a generic wireless development platform that was compatible with the Arduino development environment to cater for my other passions, Sensor Networks around the home and robotics.
Both our projects (Jeenode and the Wireless Widget) are heading in the same direction in terms of Open Hardware, wireless platform used(RFM12), software and uses, but are more specific in the way we handle expansion and power needs. Jean-Claude and myself are endeavouring to keep both our projects aligned where possible with each other.
So again many thanks to Jean-Claude for this opportunity.
